Scrum Master (Agile)

Location: Ha Noi, Hà Nội, Vietnam; hybrid, with remote-friendly and client-site work possible depending on the project and team setup.

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with engineering teams and Project Managers to maintain priorities, sprint commitments, and delivery plans.
• Track progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays, coordinating resolution across teams and stakeholders.
• Use delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, cycle time, throughput, and blocker trends to drive improvements.
• Support backlog health, dependency coordination, delivery transparency, and protection of sprint commitments.
• Coach teams toward ownership, self-management, effective collaboration, and measurable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional supporting software development teams.
• Experience facilitating Scrum for at least two software development teams or projects and supporting multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban, including estimation, planning, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Sufficient technical understanding to follow engineering discussions and identify realistic delivery risks.
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar Agile project management tools; good English communication skills and awareness of ISO 27001-aligned information security practices.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Agilist, or similar certification.
• Experience in banking, fintech, securities, or enterprise software.
• Experience in distributed cross-functional teams and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Experience contributing to organization-level Agile transformation or coaching initiatives.
