What you will do
- Own end-to-end CDP program delivery from scoping through implementation, configuration, integration, and activation.
- Build and maintain cross-functional project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across teams without direct authority.
- Oversee data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation in the Segment CDP environment.
- Coordinate data flows and connectivity between marketing, IT, data engineering, and external vendor platforms.
- Manage CDP vendor relationships, hold partners to SLAs/delivery commitments, and run decision forums and issue resolution.
- Translate evolving requirements into concrete CDP use cases and activation plans, including change management and downstream system impacts.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical program management or complex cross-functional program delivery.
- Proven experience owning large-scale technical implementations end-to-end (not just coordinating workstreams).
- Ability to drive alignment and accountability across senior stakeholders and external vendors without direct authority.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance in a consulting or client-side delivery context.
- Strong executive communication skills for VP/C-level audiences and structured governance artifacts (RAID logs, project plans, status reports).
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities and incomplete information.
Nice to have
- 2–3+ years of direct CDP experience (Segment, mParticle, Salesforce CDP, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or similar) in implementation/activation/program oversight.
- Hands-on familiarity with data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation to evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Experience in hospitality/travel/financial services or other complex consumer industries with multi-channel marketing programs.
- MarTech or enterprise data platform program background with multi-system integration.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification.
