What you will do

• Develop AI agents for intraday cash position tracking, reconciliation, and automated reporting.
• Build funding execution agents to handle instruction routing, approval workflows, and settlement tracking.
• Create narrative agents for automated funding commentary and context-aware stakeholder alerts.
• Implement a discovery-to-deployment pipeline to identify and automate manual treasury tasks.
• Design reusable, modular agent components and tool libraries for global scaling.
• Collaborate with Treasury Engineering to ensure data accuracy and timeliness for AI systems.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in developing AI agents for complex development scenarios.
• Experience architecting multi-service systems with complex persistence and scaling.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Fluency with AI orchestrators, automated workflows, and evaluation pipelines.
• Expertise in systems architecture across the full technology stack.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Treasury, fintech, or payments (FX, liquidity).
• Experience with LLM observability tools like LangSmith, Arize, or Weights & Biases.
• Proficiency with AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
• Previous experience in startups or founder roles.
