TL;DR
Senior AI Native Software Engineer (LLMs/Treasury): Building agentic systems that automate cash-flow monitoring, funding execution, reporting, and treasury commentary with an accent on multi-service architecture, data infrastructure, and operational workflows. Focus on designing reusable agent components, evaluating LLM systems, integrating accurate treasury data, and moving automation from operator discovery to production.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday each week

What you will do
- Build cash-flow monitoring agents for intraday cash positions, reconciliation, variance flagging, and automated reporting across accounts and currencies.
- Develop funding execution agents for instruction routing, approvals, payment scheduling, cut-off monitoring, and settlement tracking.
- Create narrative agents that generate funding commentary, exception summaries, and context-aware stakeholder alerts.
- Work with Funding operators to identify manual workflows and deliver reporting packs, utilisation dashboards, liquidity summaries, and other production agents.
- Build reusable agent components, tool libraries, governance standards, evaluation frameworks, and shared infrastructure.
- Partner with Treasury Engineering to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data used by treasury agents.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with coding agents and AI-first development approaches.
- Experience architecting multi-service systems with complex persistence, integrations, and scaling requirements.
- Strong understanding of distributed-systems trade-offs and cloud infrastructure design.
- Fluency with AI orchestrators, automated workflows, and comprehensive evaluation pipelines.
- Advanced full-stack systems architecture expertise, customer discovery skills, and the ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.
- Experience with analytics, funnel analysis, experiment modelling, mentoring, and guiding others on AI-first development.
Nice to have
- Treasury, fintech, or payments experience, including cash positioning, FX, or liquidity.
- Experience with LangSmith, Arize, or Weights & Biases.
- AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, and Lambda, or treasury data platforms such as Bloomberg and Kyriba.
- Startup, founder, or cross-functional multi-product experience.
