Location: Must be based in Syracuse, NY (Onsite)
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 a year

What you will do
- Repair complex electronic and telecommunications equipment, diagnosing faults to the component level.
- Build, test, and document performance of power supplies and RF boards.
- Perform fine-pitch surface-mount soldering and de-soldering according to IPC standards.
- Operate and maintain test benches, including servers, switches, and routers.
- Wire and cable complex rack assemblies, including signal, power, and fiber connections.
- Collaborate with engineers on prototype builds, design verification, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in electronics assembly, test, or repair.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
- Command-line proficiency in Linux and ability to modify simple scripts (Python or Bash).
- Must be able to work onsite in Syracuse, NY.
Nice to have
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with RF measurement concepts and 50-ohm test practices.
- Experience in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality-managed environment.
