What you will do

• Host engaging team-building and social impact activities for corporate groups.
• Welcome and inspire participants throughout the duration of in-person events.
• Support nonprofit partners in the successful facilitation of event activities.
• Manage group dynamics to ensure a smooth and fun experience for all attendees.
• Problem-solve on the fly to address any challenges that arise during live events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vienna, Austria
• Fluent in English
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Extremely comfortable with public speaking and interacting with large groups.
• High energy, charismatic personality, and excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work on a contract per-event basis.

Nice to have

• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar performance-based professions.
