What you will do

  • Own the Loyalty Program strategy, development, and optimization to improve partner retention, booking frequency, and share of wallet.
  • Design and implement scalable loyalty mechanics (tiers, rewards, point redemption, and goal-based incentives) aligned with commercial and retention goals.
  • Analyze partner behavior and engagement patterns to identify loyalty-driven performance uplift opportunities.
  • Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using incremental uplift, ROI, retention impact, gross margin, and partner lifetime value.
  • Build reporting frameworks for loyalty initiatives, including automated performance tracking and regular business reviews.
  • Run continuous testing and experimentation to improve partner engagement and long-term activity consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience owning loyalty program strategy and performance optimization end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner behavior, booking activity, engagement, and program ROI.
  • Ability to define business and functional requirements for loyalty mechanics and collaborate with Product and Analytics teams.
  • Experience with reporting frameworks and automated performance tracking for ongoing business reviews.
  • Proven ability to design scalable loyalty mechanics and optimize reward allocation to prevent misuse.
