Location: Must be based in the BeNe region (Amsterdam, Brussels, Antwerp, or Rotterdam)

What you will do

  • Generate new business leads and manage client relationships within the climate and ESG domain.
  • Lead and deliver high-quality consulting projects for large corporate clients.
  • Coach and steer consulting teams on energy, resources, and utilities projects.
  • Develop thought leadership materials including case studies, articles, and expertise letters.
  • Analyze market trends, innovations, and regulatory changes to adapt service offerings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a first-class university in engineering, business, or economics.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company within the energy sector.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
  • Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands/Belgium.
  • Extensive insight into climate challenges and a broad network among large stock-listed corporations.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German.
  • Strong interest and ability to quickly build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
