What you will do

• Host engaging team-building and social impact activities for corporate clients.
• Welcome, engage, and inspire participants during on-location events.
• Support nonprofits in facilitating high-impact in-person experiences.
• Manage group dynamics to keep events flowing and participants engaged.

Requirements

• Based in Tel Aviv, Israel (No relocation offered)
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in public speaking and interacting with crowds.
• Strong group facilitation and management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly during live events.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar performance professions.
