What you will do
- Verify new functionality meets customer accessibility needs through test scenarios and end-user scripts.
- Conduct manual testing using assistive technology tools like JAWS and VOX.
- Perform semi-automated testing using web-based tools such as Wave, Axe, and Deque Comply.
- Document defects, track issues in JIRA, and provide project status reports.
- Execute regression testing and manage software build installation packages.
- Communicate with customers regarding installation issues and software defects.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in web accessibility testing.
- Proficiency with screen readers such as JAWS or VOX.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans and regression testing.
- Ability to make recommendations for accessibility remediation.
- Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and reporting.
- Must be able to work onsite in Piscataway Township, NJ.
Nice to have
- Experience with Attest or Amaze accessibility tools.
- Background in auditing automation scripts.
