Tribe Support Lead (Customer Success): Managing member communications, bookings, and community engagement with an accent on operational excellence and sales support. Location: Remote. Must be able to work within a European/African or North/South American timezone (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CET ± 2 hours) to ensure overlap with global teams.
Compensation: $25,000 – $50,000 USD per year plus performance bonuses.

What you will do
- Own all email communication and the full booking process for community members.
- Provide sales support and orientation for new members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Consult members on trip chapters and help navigate challenges with empathy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and document processes to build the ultimate support playbook.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and generate data-driven recommendations.
- Act as a culture advocate and champion for community values.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar field.
- Proven experience in a sales role.
- Native-level English proficiency with impeccable writing skills.
- Must be able to work within a European/African or North/South American timezone (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CET ± 2 hours).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
