What you will do

• Own SA&I revenue and cost OP, driving long-term profitable growth and profitable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies with SA&I cluster leaders to achieve sales goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, provide strategic intervention to close deals, and set quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Produce detailed monthly sales forecasting and manage client-level annual operational planning inputs with regional and market/cluster leaders.
• Lead people management: recruit, motivate, and coach sales associates using prospecting, campaigns, and account engagement tools.
• Represent VOC by maintaining senior client relationships, monitoring market/competitor activity, advising on RFPs, and influencing pricing for new services.

Requirements

• Expertise in CPG/T&D sales and consumer research.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proven sales acumen.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good knowledge of hirify.global products, services, and data (preferred).
