What you will do

• Identify and assess promising new market and product opportunities for the VPP platform.
• Cultivate relationships with utilities, retailers, and other energy buyers in North American markets.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and operational teams to facilitate market entry.
• Track market trends to expand presence in existing and new territories.
• Synthesize complex policy and market rules into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in wholesale electricity markets, policy, or utility demand response.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in policy analysis, market research, and data assessment.
• Ability to investigate complex policies and communicate key concepts effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Experience thriving in remote, distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with North American, Japan, UK, or European energy markets.
• Experience tracking and advocating in regulatory proceedings.
