What you will do

• Own large new product areas, driving features from initial design through production deployment.
• Develop reliable backend services in Python, working with distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and AI infrastructure to create intelligent product experiences.
• Collaborate with product, ML, and infrastructure teams to shape the direction of the Scale GP platform.
• Deliver experiments and new features quickly while maintaining high quality and tight customer feedback loops.
• Adapt to and implement new technologies and frameworks across the entire stack.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time engineering experience post-graduation.
• Strong experience in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience scaling or shipping products at high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, or modern AI tooling.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern API development.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, microservice architectures, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
