What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT application development and ensure smooth production operations for the hirify.global Edge Platform.
• Define and drive the SaaS agenda to achieve high levels of reuse and optimized delivery.
• Establish and implement best practices, tools, and frameworks for development and DevOps.
• Align technical design and execution with short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring they stay current with emerging technologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to information security requirements and production monitoring standards.

Requirements

• Experience in senior stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Proven track record of leading development teams.
• Deep technical expertise in Restful APIs, Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, React, and Postgres.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong proficiency in DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to review code and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tools and frameworks.
