What you will do

• Build products using Spec Driven Development to guide LLM implementation, iteration, and evaluation.
• Design and implement reusable AI skills to automate actions within hirify.global workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks (Evals) to ensure output reliability.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in trusted, up-to-date company data.
• Design agentic workflows combining LLMs, rules, and user oversight to automate real business processes.
• Own systems end-to-end from problem definition and design to shipping and production monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from A Coruña, Spain (Office-first).
• Proven experience building and shipping real AI-powered systems or workflows in production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in any language (backend, frontend, or ML).
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.
• Product-first thinking with the ability to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.

• Experience working with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.
