What you will do

• Customize Guidewire user interfaces, workflows, and business logic using Guidewire Studio and Gosu.
• Configure and develop Guidewire ClaimCenter components, including Rules Engine, Data Model, and PCF.
• Develop integrations using JMS/Queue and connect to complex legacy mainframe applications.
• Analyze and resolve application performance issues and conduct code quality checks.
• Collaborate within an Agile/DevOps environment using JIRA, Git, and Bamboo.
• Provide production support and perform effort estimations for new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent experience: 8+ years with High School diploma).
• Expert-level proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter, Gosu, and Java EE.
• Experience with the full SDLC and Iterative (Agile) development lifecycle.
• Strong integration development experience, specifically with JMS/Queue and Web Services (XML/JSON).
• Must be based in Canada for this hybrid role.

Nice to have

• P&C Insurance industry and domain knowledge, especially for Commercial Lines.
• Guidewire certification on version 10 or Cloud.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor configuration teams.
