What you will do
- Define and execute the strategy for Ads' optimization and user acquisition capabilities, focusing on long-term value creation.
- Lead the evolution of core advertising systems including bidding, auction optimization, targeting, attribution, and budget allocation.
- Partner with Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams to improve conversion prediction and user value modeling.
- Develop product roadmaps and investment priorities based on business impact and advertiser needs.
- Establish success metrics and performance frameworks across ROI, ROAS, and advertiser retention.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Success teams to translate customer insights into scalable platform improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Advertising Technology, Performance Marketing, or Machine Learning.
- Deep understanding of mobile app-install advertising, programmatic ads, DSPs, ad exchanges, and MMPs.
- Experience with machine learning-driven advertising systems, including audience modeling, ranking, and bidding.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive product strategy and business outcomes.
