What you will do

  • Own EMEA territory execution, ensuring bookings adhere to company policy and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to support complex deal structures and high-value transactions.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and analyze business performance reporting to support planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee operational and process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational outcomes.
  • Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scalability across workflows.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of operations systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
