What you will do

  • Architect and optimize backend services for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and deliver features from inception to production across a dynamic product roadmap.
  • Lead hands-on development, balancing technical research and implementation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality code through reviews and feedback.
  • Manage AWS-based microservices including Lambda, API Gateway, and ECS.

Requirements

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in modular application development using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven experience in server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and web security best practices.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Next.js.
  • Experience with styling frameworks like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Braze, Blueshift, or Salesforce.
  • Expertise in building reusable components and libraries.
