What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices for reporting, integrations, and core workflows.
• Learn the product codebase and assist senior engineers with implementation tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer support issues beyond first-line capabilities.
• Contribute to technical excellence by writing tests, addressing technical debt, and improving code quality.
• Participate in engineering routines, including grooming, task breakdown, and estimation.
• Create clear technical documentation to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial software engineering experience in a production environment.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals with practical experience in Node.js or Go.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and production debugging.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required for daily collaboration.
• Location: Must be based in Europe (Albania, Poland, Romania, Ukraine) or Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia).
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and maintainable implementation.
