What you will do

• Solve scaling bottlenecks in critical services to handle high traffic.
• Deploy new features to production and manage progressive rollouts using feature flags.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within services owned by the team.
• Optimize service performance to ensure efficiency at scale.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and prioritize upcoming key projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
• Targeting a 2026 full-time start date.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Ability to validate, critique, and refine AI-generated code output.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon, Portugal.
