What you will do

• Build and scale backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement event-driven systems using AWS Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Develop and maintain APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Write efficient queries for Aurora MySQL and manage Redis caching.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers on delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, planning, and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Node.js and JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, SNS, SQS) and event-driven architecture.
• Solid experience with MySQL, ideally Aurora.
• English proficiency: C1 or higher.
• Must be based in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Poland, or Romania.
