What you will do

• Drive finance-related transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project members and stakeholders.
• Ensure that solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Approx. five years of experience in finance project management or accounting operations.
• Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance.
