What you will do

• Perform monthly reporting and operational workflows, including invoice validation, pricing updates, and documentation maintenance.
• Coordinate data vendor administration with Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Legal.
• Manage third-party data contracts and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track workload, ensure timely completion, and coordinate remedial actions when needed.
• Contribute independently and collaboratively to departmental projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in a specialist role or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in global financial markets and market data distribution.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, independent project management, and capacity to learn complex concepts.
