What you will do

• Identify, assess, manage, and report risks in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Research industry best practices to design and implement processes that protect the organization against insider threats.
• Drive actions to minimize or mitigate identified operational and conduct risks.
• Develop meaningful metrics to measure the effectiveness of controls and initiatives related to insider threats.
• Support the bank in meeting business, legal, and regulatory obligations regarding Financial Crime Compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the insider threat domain.

Requirements

• Experience in promoting risk culture and managing risks according to normative frameworks.
• Ability to stay current with regulatory changes and incorporate them into daily risk management processes.
• English: C1 proficiency required
