What you will do

• Drive DUV-IBE business growth in system sales, option sales, and service areas.
• Coordinate new product rollouts, beta tests, and create knowledge-sharing materials.
• Execute technical demos in the field or lab to prove product value to customers.
• Perform high-quality data analysis to demonstrate customer value and build trust.
• Mentor new hires and deliver advanced training to colleagues and customers.
• Lead the organization of demo projects, including resource and machine planning.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in technical fields.
• Solid experience in IC manufacturing or research focusing on lithography, patterning, or metrology.
• Experience in customer-facing or customer service roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in Python, Matlab, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Willingness to work in cleanrooms and travel at least 30% of the time.
