Salary: €15 per hour (+8% holiday allowance + 9.6% holiday pay).

What you will do

• Support Partnerships Managers with operational tasks and event management.
• Collaborate with the Product team to investigate and resolve errors in SecureSwap and Sealed Integrations.
• Create and monitor partner events, ensuring all details like pricing and categories are accurate.
• Communicate event changes or cancellations to users.
• Assist the Aftersales team in resolving ticket-related issues for fans.
• Provide operational support to the CX team to help fans with ticket issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Amsterdam.
• Available for 24 hours per week.
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 10 AM - 6 PM) every week.
• Exceptional proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to new processes.
