What you will do

• Lead the engineering organization to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Set technical direction and architecture for high-performance Finance products and platforms, balancing short-term impact with long-term transformation.
• Develop an ambitious technical roadmap to meet the needs of the business and engineering teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex strategic issues and design bespoke, leading-edge technical solutions.

• Mentor and coach experienced professionals to develop future team capabilities.

Requirements

• Mastery of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO, AP, AR, GL, Controlling, Treasury) with experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Consultant.
• Fluency in SAP BTP, including SAP Joule, SAP AI Foundation, SAP AI Core, and SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and A2A/MCP interaction patterns.
• Ability to translate technical opportunities into commercially rigorous investment proposals and financial models.
• Strong communication skills to engage CFO-level leaders and third-party vendors.
• Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio for process mining and business process redesign.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud intelligent applications.
• Exposure to LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
