What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design execution for specific product areas across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into structured user journeys, flows, and polished UI.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Deliver development-ready designs for desktop, mobile web, and native apps (iOS/Android).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex product areas end-to-end.
• Strong UX and interaction design skills, specifically for structured workflows.
• Experience designing for desktop and mobile platforms (iOS or Android required).
• Ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Proficiency in English
