What you will do

• Plan and execute internal and external events, conferences, leadership appearances, and stakeholder visits.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure cost-effective event delivery.
• Manage marketing campaigns, CRM, and general customer communication.
• Maintain budgets and negotiate contracts and fees with vendors.
• Collaborate with the design team on promotional materials and the development of the online shop.
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer with specific client and event-related tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management.
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Valid German driver’s license.
• Proactive, highly organized self-starter with an impact-first mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
