What you will do

  • Translate complex customer problems into structured solution plans using the hirify.global.ai platform.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of AI projects in collaboration with engineers and AI specialists.
  • Develop detailed specifications and define prompt/context structures for solution logic.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage trade-offs between speed, stability, and scope.
  • Collaborate with the Platform team to identify and surface reusable product patterns.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the user, ranging from enterprise operators to domain experts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
  • Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site from the Tel Aviv office.

Nice to have

  • Background in enterprise software, AI tools, or internal platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or component-based systems.
  • Experience working with customers in finance, cybersecurity, or operations.
