What you will do

• Curate, produce, and promote live events to build a strong and vibrant local community.
• Develop and execute city-specific strategies, including show themes and monthly frequency.
• Lead booking for high-quality, diverse artists and secure unique local venues.
• Manage staffing and event quality to ensure hospitality-rooted experiences.
• Oversee the financial performance and health of every event to ensure profitability.
• Build relationships with local businesses to drive sponsorship and private event sales.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in live event curation, production, and promotions.
• Deep connections to the local scene and an active role in community building.
• Proven track record of selling event sponsorships or marketing activations.
• Experience pitching event concepts to potential partners and closing deals.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
