What you will do
- Build and execute strategies to optimise and increase account usage
- Deliver product demonstrations and create custom solutions
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings
- Monitor key account performance and develop optimisation strategies
- Guide clients in shaping and delivering impactful research
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience managing large, strategic accounts
- Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise dynamics
- Exposure to high-growth or startup environments
