What you will do

• Lead end-to-end final assembly operations for advanced UAV and drone platforms.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and delivery performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with aerospace and defense standards, specifically AS9100.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex programs on time while maintaining safety and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–12+ years of experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading UAV/drone final assembly operations.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace programs in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Expertise in airframe integration, avionics, propulsion, payloads, and wiring harnesses.
• Proficiency in aerospace quality standards such as NADCAP, FAI/PPAP, and SPC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven root-cause focus.
