What you will do

• Monitor architectural engineering aspects to ensure compliance with inspection plans, drawings, and codes.
• Review contractor documents and shop drawings to identify and rectify issues affecting architectural components.
• Conduct thorough site inspections for architectural finishes and building components.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and collaborate with contractors on corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries and monthly progress photography.
• Coordinate with management and authorities to expedite NOCs and project approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in building construction.
• Must be available for on-site work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
