TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK (initial equipment collection at the office is required)

What you will do

  • Deliver and maintain API documentation for payment services to ensure accuracy and ease of understanding.
  • Develop user manuals, technical specifications, and tutorials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead knowledge management projects using AI tools to evolve documentation alongside product updates.
  • Manage Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, ensuring synchronization with live documentation.
  • Maintain a centralized and organized repository for all technical materials.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to advocate for documentation best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience writing technical documentation specifically for APIs, cloud-based software, or SaaS systems.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Swagger, and Postman.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Native level or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems and Developer Platforms, including Git and GitHub.
  • Sound understanding of coding, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Must be located in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Comfortable with AI prompting and Cursor, with an appetite for AI knowledge management tools.
