What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects, including project charters, detailed plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Analyze and redesign operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve cycle times.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process flowcharts, and governance diagrams in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Lead change management strategies, communication plans, and training rollouts for new frameworks.
  • Coordinate incident response and communications across internal and external stakeholders during outages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end cross-functional projects (scope, risk, budget).
  • Must be located in or able to work from Tempe, AZ.
  • Experience in a TPA, healthcare, or technology-powered organization strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, MS Project) and mapping tools (Visio, BPMN).

Nice to have

  • PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
