TL;DR

Institutional Trader (Fintech): Managing institutional sales trading across ETFs, Fixed Income, and Digital Assets with an accent on best execution and client satisfaction. Focus on developing relationships with ETF issuers and executing complex trade negotiations in the US capital markets.

Location: New York (Onsite)

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 base + annual discretionary variable remuneration

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day institutional sales trading for ETFs, Fixed Income, ADRs, and Digital Assets.
• Collaborate with proprietary trading desks to communicate trading strategies and liquidity offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and broker-dealers in the US ETF ecosystem.
• Liaise with ETF sponsors on market structure feedback, secondary market liquidity, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with authorized participants on basket construction and capital markets strategy.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and issuer events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ETF sales trading, capital markets, or a related institutional role.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or business.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within the institutional markets community.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize market data into compelling client insights.
• Series 7 license is required.
• Must be located in or able to work from New York.

Nice to have

• Series 57, 63, and 3 licenses.
