Salary: $159,120 - $258,570

What you will do

• Define and own the Connectivity Analytics strategy aligned with Digital Data & AI standards and the Helios platform.
• Lead the development and governance of connectivity data products including semantic models, curated datasets, and APIs.
• Apply AI/ML and GenAI to engineering workflows for validation, test automation, and anomaly detection.
• Manage a portfolio of analytics and AI initiatives across connectivity quality and service solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of analytics, data engineering, and applied AI professionals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating data outputs into strategic decisions and actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong experience leading analytics and AI initiatives in complex engineering or technology environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing managers and technical professionals.
• Must be based in Mossville, Illinois.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with connected systems, telematics, IoT data, and cloud ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps concepts (monitoring, drift, retraining).
• Experience with modern data platforms and ML/AI delivery patterns.
