Salary: $198,900 – $269,100 USD (US) / CA$191,300 – CA$258,800 (Canada)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with company growth targets.
• Partner with leadership across Dev, Product, Marketing, and Support to prioritize data-informed decision making.
• Manage and optimize the analytics pipeline, including software, processes, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Privacy & Security teams to implement data governance policies and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data engineering team.
• Mentor technology leaders and foster a culture of continuous learning and data literacy.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field.
• Proven track record in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Technical proficiency with Snowflake, Looker, Fivetran, and Census.
• Strong expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
