Salary: $122,800 - $196,500

What you will do

• Lead NPI projects collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturing partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, WBS, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Partner with DFx teams to resolve issues related to compliance, safety, quality, assembly, and cost.
• Oversee prototype and pilot builds and manage the product transfer to contract manufacturing partners.
• Lead phase-gate reviews, assess readiness, and document lessons learned.
• Deliver clear project updates and influence stakeholders across matrix organizations.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (MS/MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
• Proficiency in risk management, schedule development, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in systematic root-cause analysis.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA.
• Must have valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the semiconductor and/or ATE industry.
• Formal training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
• Familiarity with the hirify.global product family.
