Salary: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00

What you will do

• Lead NPI projects from launch through gateway 7, ensuring all technical, quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.
• Manage multiple complex ePowertrain configurations across several machine platforms and sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with product support, engineering, and purchasing.
• Monitor cost and quality post-launch and validate any subsequent changes to the platform.
• Proactively manage project scope changes, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coordinate with L5 technical leads and L3 NPI leads to resolve execution issues and communicate status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of tactical, strategic, and operational planning techniques.
• Understanding of quality management methods, tools, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of program management, including cost, schedule, and resource tracking.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Sponsorship is not available.
