TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead a squad of AI builders to deliver operational and business outcomes for a specific customer segment.
• Provide formal mentorship, targeted coaching, and development plans for the engineering team.
• Manage the customer portfolio, tracking the state, risks, and growth paths for all named customers.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on building practice to ensure technical credibility and quality.
• Collaborate with CSMs on commercial outcomes including net retention, expansion, and renewals.
• Represent the squad in executive reviews using data-informed narratives.

Requirements

• AI-native fluency maintained through active hands-on work (hard requirement).
• 8-12 years of total experience with multiple years of direct people management.
• Proven track record of running teams that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong hiring record, including the ability to attract and retain senior individual contributors.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills at the executive and customer level.
• Experience in cross-functional partnership across engineering, product, and security functions.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership in healthcare, agentic platforms, or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience leading teams through significant platform or EHR migrations.
• Experience working with distributed team models (e.g., US + Hungary).
• Prior experience partnering with security, compliance, or privacy functions in regulated environments.
