TL;DR

System Administrator (Microsoft 365/Azure): Delivering advanced technical projects and infrastructure design within Microsoft 365 and Azure with an accent on high-tier support and infrastructure maintenance. Focus on implementing technical solutions, managing hybrid Active Directory, and mentoring junior technical staff.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Remote)

What you will do

  • Drive the successful delivery of advanced technical projects, from desktop support to infrastructure design in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Provide top-tier remote support for diverse clients and act as an escalation resource for junior technicians.
  • Administer and maintain servers, physical and virtual networks, DNS, and hybrid Active Directory.
  • Conduct security audits and implement necessary measures to protect organization systems and data.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and the TurnPoint Tech Manual.
  • Coach and mentor the technical team to ensure high performance and service quality.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Proven work experience as a System Administrator (this is not a role for freshers).
  • Expertise in administering Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2022.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Active Directory/Group Policy.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Required infrastructure: Fixed home internet (upload speed ≥ 20Mbps) and a modern iOS or Android device.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Intune.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender, Windows AutoPilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
