Product Analyst (Growth)

TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote (available in Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, or Europe)

What you will do

• Evaluate and interpret experiments to optimize product initiatives and marketing strategies.
• Improve existing LTV forecasting models and develop new predictive models as needed.
• Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into product trends and opportunities.
• Identify and explore potential growth levers based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to drive growth.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations).
• Experience working with ETL pipelines and building data workflows (Airflow, dbt, or similar).
• Basic Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of fundamental statistics, A/B tests, and experimentation concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription-based services (SaaS, mobile subscriptions, OTT, etc.).
• Experience running pricing A/B experiments.
