Business Analyst Junior+ (Finance)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Finance): Designing and improving financial processes and implementing scalable automation solutions with an accent on Treasury Management Systems (TMS), accounting, and procurement workflows. Focus on translating business needs into technical specifications and integrating operational systems with NetSuite using AI.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hubs in Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia). Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do

• Analyze and document current finance processes across Planning, Treasury, FinOps, Accounting, and Taxes.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into structured technical specifications.
• Design future-state processes, data definitions, and complex workflows, including dual-valuation logic.
• Support finance process automation initiatives using AI to connect operational systems with NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams during implementation, testing, and validation phases.
• Facilitate workshops to act as a translator between local business needs and technical architectures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• English: B2 level or higher required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience using AI for automation projects.
• Background in finance, accounting, treasury, or process automation.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
