What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy internal applications and operational dashboards using Retool.
• Build AI-powered applications and agent workflows using Vercel and Cursor.
• Develop and maintain tools connected to live data via APIs, SQL, and webhooks.
• Create ETL pipelines to automate reporting and maintain a clean operational data layer.
• Integrate LLM capabilities for summarization, classification, and routing into internal tools.
• Collaborate with operational leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical operations, business systems, or software development.
• Hands-on production experience with Retool and deploying web apps via Vercel.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries and data modeling.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflows.
• Must be based in and work onsite in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• JavaScript or Python experience for scripting and data pipelines.
• Background in healthcare tech or SaaS operations.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
