What you will do

• Optimize RF performance for pet trackers, focusing on antenna efficiency and power consumption.
• Define requirements and validation criteria for LTE, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and BLE technologies.
• Conduct passive and active RF measurements, including TRP/TIS and OTA testing.
• Debug RF issues at the system and PCB level, including EMC and interference.
• Support global certification processes (FCC, CE, IC, RCM) and collaborate with external labs.
• Develop automation scripts for RF instruments and support production testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of RF engineering experience with IoT products.
• Proven expertise in LTE, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and BLE for battery-powered devices.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers and VNAs.
• Experience in antenna tuning, impedance matching, and RF layout reviews.
• Strong capability in root-cause analysis of complex embedded wireless systems.
• Location: Must be based in Linz, Austria

Nice to have

• Experience with CMW500 test platforms.
• Knowledge of electromagnetic simulation tools like CST Studio Suite or HFSS.
