What you will do

• Lead complex assessment and succession engagements as a trusted advisor to C-suite, board, and senior talent leaders.
• Drive the delivery of executive assessments, succession planning, and leadership potential and readiness initiatives.
• Manage delivery quality and assurance to ensure high-impact results for clients.
• Provide internal leadership, mentoring, and development for the Assessment & Succession practice.
• Contribute to practice and reputation building through senior advisory leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior delivery and advisory leader in the talent or consulting space.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and board-level executives.
• Deep expertise in executive assessment, succession planning, and talent strategy.
• Experience designing assessment and development architectures.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and oversee complex project delivery.
