• Lead day-to-day client tax relationships and support partners in service execution.
• Plan and execute tax projects and compliance engagements for middle-market clients.
• Consult on technical tax matters including corporate taxation, flow-through entities, and ASC740.
• Research tax issues and respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage engagement budgets, invoicing, and fee collection to meet revenue objectives.

• BS/BA degree in Accounting required.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience required.
• CPA or EA license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within US East Coast time zone hours.
